Our musician community here has lost a very special soul. Pete Johnson was one of the nicest guys you could ever know, and also a very talented guitarist. I'm posting this because I know we all have friends and family who mean a lot to us. We go through life, and then suddenly are reminded how fleeting our time here is. I've posted this before... here's a nice vid of Rob Coffin, Al Lund, Dave Thibodeau and Pete doing Jessica. Enjoy...
Sorry for the loss of your friend Stinny. Remember, we're here for a short time so always have a good time. R.I.P. Pete
I am sorry for the loss of your friend Stinny... I had a friend that I worked with at the shipyard, and got to know him and his wife and kids. Katie was good friends with his wife, etc. He even borrowed my sawmill and stuff...really good friends. Anyway, he always wanted to get his farm in a better spot, and we always talked about doing this or that on our farms. Then one day he went to look at some equipment at the dealer, came home and while having dinner...dropped dead of a heart attack. Age 29! After that I reevaluated things and realized I was going to live and not just work, and went and retired and now work towards my long term farm plans. I hope you do as well Stinny, look at his life in a meaningful way, and change the trajectory of your own perhaps, for the better. Life is short indeed.
Sorry to hear of your friend Stinny. We all have an appointment with the after life, God be with us please.
