Depends. Which one are you looking at?
    I wouldn't mind a new 2260... Or a 2188. :D

2166 is a pro saw. I would use a online dealer or other lock dealer if you're considering tractor supply.

Welcome to FHC Paul Bunyan! !!

For $399, the 2166 is a great saw! They can be made into a 2172 pretty easily. :)

X2 on the MS362, take a look at the Husky Ranchers. Won't break the bank and for three cords a year will be a good saw.

Welcome to FHC! 70 cc nice choice and nice price on it too... How big of wood do you handle in those 2-3 cords a year? We do have a Jonsered Dealer here, that might be able to help you out on your selection, plus he might have a better deal too. He's a great guy to talk to, his name Terry from Wicked Worksaws. Good luck on the hunt!

Buy a pro built saw, e.g. 2166 or the like, don't mess with a homeowner saw, from a big box store!

Yes Jred saws are good, but learn the models. Get one with a metal case, not a plastic homeowner saw. You don't need a huge saw either, 50-60cc is what I use most of the time... The 2252/53 would be fine for that size wood. Or a 2258/60 if you want a larger saw.

Cale/bloodingtheice is also a jonsered dealer in Ny also. The 2258 is probably around $500 +-$50 from memory.
