    I think our psycho neighbor did that last fall. We're 2 houses away from her, but the direct neighbor had to call the cops on said crazy lady. She had started a crazy smoke show and had our neighbor's house engulfed in smoke. It was November last year, like a 70° day, and they had their windows open. :picard:
