What do you have? Any significance to it or them? Collectors?

Part of my EDC. Basic keys. The whistle was for the kids. They were in good shape if they could use theirs to answer mine. 2 long, checking in, 3 short, be home in less than 10. Carried this same whistle now for 29 years.

Spare rim sprocket. On the key to the only car that I use when I need my saws.

Boat car keys. Disposable car always needs a couple tools close by.

Mine used to be mostly those cheap plastic free hotel fobs.
I never liked a big lump of keys in my pocket or hanging off my belt, not carrying around keys I don't or likely won't need.
These days the car remote is the way I make sure I have the right keys.
All my other keys are on separate key rings on a rack near the fridge.

I've used those quick disconnect things to hold bunches of keys together when required.
