Could anyone tell me much about the Keen Kutter axes? I got this one from my grandpa a few years ago. It was laying under his work bench with the handle broke off. Told me I could have it if I wanted it.

I've read that Kelly axe and Mann Edge Tool co both made Keen Kutter. The large manufacturers rebranded their products for the customer. Sometimes the stamp or label can help date it. Yours appears pretty obilterated. It is still a nice axe head. It has nice lines and it is great that he passed it on to you.
