One of the neighbors had this on roof. Now it is in the back of my truck soon to be in the wood shed. Work in progress.
With firewood, especially as a hoarder / scrounger, one has to be getting while the getting is good. If you snooze, could well lose, the wood is gone. As Winter ends is the best time to get firewood, only those that plan ahead are looking, mostly.
I know this all too well. Seems a good wood score pops up at the most inopportune time. Kinda what I'm going through now. Playing catch up hoarding as I couldn't do anything with deep snow.
