I am intrigued by the Jotul Alpha catalytic wood stove and can not find anything of much value about it. The manual I came across does not list specs of wood box or BTU info. An EPA test guide listed the Alpha in the 30,000 BTU range but so did the Oslo and that's not right or maybe the test was controlled to that point for measuring something in the smoke, anyways non conclusive.

Some manuals list the hearing area and size of wood box and that's usually good enough for my needs, have not ran across this info for the Alpha, yet.

If anyone out there has the scoop on the Alpha please, indulge me.
