Wet, wet day in the PNW but mild temps. Went through a couple of sweat shirts but finished up one side of the shed.
Was wondering how the back stack against the fence was holding up. It’s been there a couple of years with a plastic cover. Looked good when I pulled the plastic.
Made room for some more hauling when I get ambitious.
I admire the guys who can stack high and make better use of available space, but it’s been my experience when I try it, it falls over at some point. And never at a good time. [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Good for you Reloader on getting it done, I haven't done any yet, soon enough I will. We aren't able able to stack directly on the ground here as it will freeze, and you'd need a sledge hammer to free it.

Way to go, looking good. The dog and i did some splitting today and some stacking, it didn't rain for about 3 hrs or so. Then, we came in and watched a couple of movies. I was going to get a set up like you have, only the smaller 750.00 one, until the city put a value of $5,000.00 on it, true story. But, i can build a 12x12 i think it is, and pay no building permit fee's. I asked them to explain why a 750 dollar free standing cover is valued at 5,000 dollars, she said, that's just how it is.

Did a lot line adjustment on some property a few years back. The same piece of property I added to my lot went up in value $5,000 according to the county.

Some news outlets were saying this is worse than the 96 flood, i beg to differ, i was out working that flood and when its up to the hubs on 10 yd dump truck not 3 miles from my house, that's pretty high water. So far the same area is way above the water level this year, that was flooded in 96. I actually saw houses with the water about 1/3 of the way up on the doors, and that was in the same area as i was in with the dump truck. It was so high in the river that had a covered bridge over it, that the logs in the river were bashing the outside wood on the bridge. The water level was normally 20 ft lower than that.
