I check craigslist daily, but overlooked this one because it was posted under Winchester instead of Northern VA. I called the guy and it was sold within hours. I was hoping to begin my CAD with #2.

Which one of you guys stole this from me!

Screen shot to preserve the posting for eternity as it will likely get deleted due to the poster getting contacted a million times for a good deal!!!

A month or so ago someone sold a very clean 290 in my area for that same price. It didn't last long either.

I grabbed an 025 that needed a carb cleaning with multiple chains and a good bar for $25.

I sold a 025 runner I tore down that needed a new crankcase. The plastic case had just worn out in the cradle area. $40.
The like new ones I sold in 025 and 250 I get $150 with b+c.

Bought my 029 Super at a pawn shop about 10 years ago...guy had just gotten it in and hadn't put it out, they sold mostly electronics/jewelry. It looked brand new, and so I asked his price and he said $125!! I couldn't get to the ATM fast enough..that saw has made me probably $6000 in firewood over the years. Had the carb repaired once and its due for a bar, but that's it.
