Getting the stove clean and ready for winter I pulled the motor and was brushing out the ash. I then always use the air compressor to blow it out! I had a can of air you use for cleaning electronics and used that real quick instead! Well the straw flew off and is now stuck in the vent pipe! I have spent 2.5 hours trying to get it out. Any ideas? Will it hurt anything when it melts?

Can you take off the T pipe on the bottom? Looks like it slips on the silver exhaust pipe in the stove.

I thought about that but there is 2 gaskets and a tube of silicone holding that lol! The stove shop had a heck of a time getting it sealed years ago!

Shop vac with a smaller tube taped on the end (vinyl ?) ... to go inside the vent pipe? Might get hold of it long enough to get it out?

Thank you all for your suggestions! While trying to vacuum it out again this time with a small section of garden hose taped to the shop vac it fell down into the clean out pipe and I was able to grab it!
