Very nice 254 SE (with an XP decal). No issues. I replaced the piston with a Meteor over the winter and it has an OEM jug. Muffler has been opened and it sounds great. Compression is 150.

Bar is a near new 18" NK with a loop of semi chisel.

I had this saw at the GTG last month and it ran great. Only reason I am considering selling is that I have a 154 SE that I am going to keep.

I'd like to get $250 plus shipping or trade towards some other PRO GRADE saw.

That's a beauty right there!
    Well worth the money.

For those that don't know about the 254 series saw. It's the saw that most other 50 cc saws wanted to be..

MikefromMaine will be along shortly to inform you. ;)

The SE was the XP before there was an XP.......... but I believe the only difference is the later XP had a plastic air injection tube near the flywheel.
