I forgot to mention in that post about moving wood. My wife asked how much wood we'll still have left after this year if we don't get any cut. So, we sort of took inventory. There are still 3 full years of wood split and all but one year's worth of it stacked. Then there is quite a bit of pine that is still in rounds that has set for a couple years so for sure we have over 3 years worth plus the year in the barn. It is a nice feeling!

I kinda took inventory of my hoard the other day too! I have 2 full cords c-s-s, and at least 3-4 cords in rounds and logs. Not sure what my yearly cord usage will be, but lookin' gooder. :)

I have 6 to 7 cords split. Hoping to have twice that by December. Had 2-1/2 cords back in September.

25 cords c/s/s - slightly less since I've been burning a little here and there in October. At this point I'm burning campfire wood and chunks and uglies. I'm hoping that will last for a few more weeks, then I get to the shoulder season wood. I'm hoping to not touch my good oak until we're well into December.

4 years supply is Awesome !
Lots of work to have that much wood !

That's got to be over 20 cord
Think you said somewhere you burn around 4 to 5 cord per year ?

With the replies, there's a lot of hoarders out there
Wonder if all member wood was added together, how much that would be.
Near 1000 cords (if we count Scotty's ) More ?

That's great to hear Dennis! Hopefully you can be back at it in full recovered shortly. I know it won't be easy watching that wood supply dwindle, but you're well ahead of the game.

It sure is Sav, thanks for making us realize that.

We should have 25-28 cord (not face) by the time I'm done stacking.
