    Vintage Homelite XL 76 130 Chainsaw Firewood Logging Collector 922 925 C-9 900

Scarce early 70's 58cc/3.55 cubic inch workhorse.Powerhead weight only just 13 pounds, will pull 24" bar/full comp chain.Lots of torque for a mid sized saw.Very clean for something that vintage.

Made in Ontario for the Canadian market, this is the hard to find West Coast version with full wrap handlebar. :dex:Basically the same saw as the more commonly seen American 57/58cc XL 100 series from that era I've discovered.

I really like the look of those late 60's -early 70's Homie's.From small to extra large models that ''futuristic/space age'' styling' has a unique appearance.Especially the perforated aluminum starter sawdust screen.

Fantastic score! My dad had the American version. It was his one saw plan. I learned how to operate a chainsaw on that saw. Minus the full wrap handle though. Nothing quite like that sound. Ah the memories this brings back!

Get a bar on that ole beast and rip some wood! Nice! Closest I have is an ole Lombard Comango that reallllly needs a crank seal so I don't run it too much. Loud as they come and not that heavy for the size either. Old saws are fun!

Are the bar nuts suppose to be two random nuts that don't look the same size (maybe they are just look different )?
