Jotal 1.JPG Friend bought a new stove.... F400 model. I am awaiting pictures as to exactly what the problem is...but she opened stove to start the seasoning process and found a sloppy layer of what appears to be caulking around the perimeter floor of the stove. It is very sloppy in the consistency, very confusing to her. Any clues?

Stove cement. It is used to seal the pieces together.
