    Just a heads up-
If you plan on a party or whatever and want Helium balloons, start shopping for pre-filled tanks right now.
Helium supplies have about dried up for retail sales, so plan accordingly.

I have no use for balloons, but I ordered a pre-filled tank, just because. Who knows, I may want to float a few red balloons in front of storm drains next Halloween.

Current story goes- and I haven't bothered to verify this,- that the Red Bull stunt a while back with that guy that went into low-orbit and jumped out of his capsule = longest free fall. That stunt consumed sooo much of our reserve Helium that they are not releasing anymore for domestic use.

Just use hydrogen. Yeahs it's flammable but in small quantities (like balloons) it's no more dangerous than about everything else that surrounds us.

They're looking to ban helium and balloons here anyway.
Thin film plastic bags at retailers are gone. (but thick film plastic bags are OK, like that makes sense) Don't even think of having an OWB .
But you can grow pot, smoke it inside your own house and get so numb you don't remember all the things that you can't do or have any more. :loco:

Not sure if you're joking or not...
Hydrogen suppliers are not really a thing for B-day parties. Plus,... oh nevermind, kids/candles/explosive gas/yeah,... what could go wrong?

I have hard time finding places that sell helium balloons since I moved here. I found an article a year or so ago, it is legit. So I ordered 2 disposable tanks in 2018 for WWW's and kiddo's parties since no place in town was filling balloons. They did not work well. That helium would not float a med/lg latex balloon or foil balloon. Little water balloons floated fine but that was about it. Like watered down iced tea. Sad, balloons are my favorite for parties.

The story is the old Helium was 98-99.9% . New "Helium" is 80%/ 20% O2, because the supply is gone. Balloons will float, but not for long.

OK, I figured the menthol/flavoreds ban would fly but hadn't read anything about the 75% tax on vaping products.
It's not law yet, but wow, 75% tax. Talk about californicating residents.
