I see that it’s a hearthstone and there is soapstone on it. Other than that I have no idea. If anyone knows the model, approximate year, secondary burn? Thanks.
It’s a Hearthstone 11. It Could be a cat stove, some just had a baffle with 1 secondary burn tube in the back.
If that's a Hearthstone 2 it's a wood/coal burner.It would have a side door to the left.Inside would be a bottom plate that lifts out for burning coal after the coal burning kit is placed in the hole.Ashes would fall into the ash tray below.The unit is not a Cat unit.To burn wood take out the coal burning kit and replace the plate.
Thank you. Think I’m going to go take a look, the owner still has it I guess. Wants 350 with a nice section of stainless double wall. Pipes worth that alone and I feel like I need a winter project. I have no place to put this but would be fun to mess with.
