My flame height is not as high as it used to be. I tested it and put the feed adjuster on 6 but no difference. The pellets don't even come close to the front of the burn pot. New unit too so I doubt it is a part.

What mode are you running the stove in?

The feed adjustment will have no effect on flame height.Keep it on 4.Do you have a manual?Read it.Different pellet brands can have an effect on flame height.Have you cleaned the stove recently? If you are using a pellet that produces a lot of ash that can have a negative effect on the flame.Harman's will burn anything but it helps if they are clean. Will wait for more info.:popcorn:

Couple quick things to check: make sure the igniter compartment beneath the burnpot is cleaned out. Make sure the fines box cover is on correctly and securely. Make sure the air intake flapper on the back of the stove moves freely and isn't stuck.

One question - does the low flame happen regardless if you are in room temp mode or stove temp (constant burn) mode?

Edit: Sorry one more thing. If your feed rate is all the way up and so is the temp setting then your stove should be feeding non-stop. Do you hear the auger turning continuously? If so, then empty your hopper and look for a foreign object or obstruction stopping the pellets properly feeding into the auger chute. If the auger isn't turning continuously given the settings you mention here, then something else is wrong like the auger motor, ESP or room temp probe perhaps.

good info above.....and welcome to the forum!
Lets see.....try sticking it in CONSTANT BURN mode, jack the temp all the way up, feeder at 4.....make a difference? (Wait a few minutes and see)
I will mirror what a lot of folks said above...pics, etc.

I love it when someone starts a thread and asks a question then doesn't come back.
