I just picked up this 2004 accentra for cheap money. Stove had not been run since 2007. All the cast surround is in great shape as is the rear of the stove ehere all motors are. It wouldn't run when I went to look at it and asking price was $1750. I got it for $500. Auger and igniter wouldn't run I had s feeling the feeder may be jammed with pellets cause if sat there so long. I was surprised when I pulled auger motor and auger that it was clean as s whistle and if had been run dry of pellets which was s pleasant surprise. So I looked at the combustion blower and tried to spin impeller blade but if woildnt turn. Tufns pug it was clogged with ash so I cleared that and reassembled everything and everything works. So now that I know she's good to go I pull everything out again ang clean up all motors and opened up feed motor and added some high temp grease. Blasted the combustion blower and room blower with compressor and blew out tube at vac switch. I removed the combustion blower from the housing and after s week of soaking the set screw it still wouldn't budge. I ended up cutting the set screw out and was able to save the original blower. The 3 wing bolts that hold the blower in place were a nightmare to get out and 2 of them snspped as I was trying to get them out. Thankfully my mechanic lives close by. I brought the stove to him snd he was able to drill them out. There was a lot of rust in the exhaust port, housing and path as well as the heat exchanger in the inside of the butn chamber. A log of sanding, grinding and elbow grease and if all cleaned up pretty good. I installed a new impeller blade and got everything back together on Friday. do todsy I got to fire it up and we have fire

A couple things I noticed since we have fire. The ESP is acting wacky. I started in stove temp auto. Temp at max and feed at max to get z good fire going. All was good for s while until ESP hit 307 and it stayed there. Fire kept going and even though the ESP was stuck reading 307 the auger motor continued to feed. I got the roaring fire and then ESP was bouncing around from 527 back to 307 and on the ddm the feed was showing 0 when it shoul have been showing 60sec. I switched over to room temp and all seems good there. I will switch outspoken tomorrow and report back

This dip switch setting chart from my dealer tells me the setting should be 01100000 but the ddm shows the board is set to 00000001

Can't comment on this, not at work, and I don't have the switch settings memorized, but that's a very early Accentra Insert.....black wire probe and old style board.

Probably best to visually inspect the board for the settings. The first three switches change ignition feed timing, so those are understandable....they do get changed from time to time. The last one? Again, don't have my stuff, but I thought that 7,8 had something to do with max ESP temp on certain models, but can't say that's the case for your "old" board.

still using the 05374B board? If the knobs are tough turning, try and get some electrical contact cleaner into the potentiometers........

Advance, 05374 board, all switches should be off (O) on your DDM.While I cant seem to find any documentation on the B revision, I dont beleive the 05374 board is compatible with RED ESP probes....so make sure you get a black wire ESP.

It's a black wire ESP and this stove is the accentra insert. Ddm right now is showing the dips set to 00000001. Pic above of dips that I got from a dealer show the dips should be set to 0110000. Just looking to confirm this while I have the board out this weekend

on the newest, latest and greatest chart on old boards, the 3-20-05374 is indeed 01100000, BUT, there is no setting for for the B revision....one has to assume its the same as the standard 05374, buuuut they dont list a B revision on the sheet. I DO have an old sheet which shows the last 2 switch settings for the Accentra Insert, and IT says that 7,8 = off, on....this is from a 2010 circuitboard chart. So, good luck!
