    Hello
Has anyone seen this issue? See video

The original burnpot gasket is very thin and now there is an OEM Harman Gasket that is thick and is the best way to fix this problem. Also it is a good idea to change this gasket the first time you replace the igniter since you have to remove the igniter cradle and unplug the igniter before removing the burnpot to change the gasket.
See pics of old @ new burnpot gasket and old & new igniter.
Note: After the wire wheel cleaning, Dry moly was sprayed on to make the air flow better and protect the metal from oxidizing.
Also a good idea to install a 4 AMP AGC4 fuse with inline fuse holder on the igniter yellow wire to protect the control panel. See pics in link here.
Good reason to install an inline fuse on a Harman pellet stove igniter
