    Thanks all for the awesome B day wishes. Rottiman has been down & out for the last 3 weeks with a lower back and left hip flare up with I suspect is a result of my 3 blown disc's plotting together to make my life as "happy" as possible...........................:rofl: :lol: As I continually sit here making love to my heating pad, on my vibrating lazy boy, my only birthday wish is that I hope the next 69 years will be as good as the first 69 were !!!!!! This set-back still beats the alternative all to He!!. Everyone have a great and safe day.

    Happy Birthday brother!

    My back took a poop on Wed of last week. The pain was so severe that I fell down and took an hour to get off the floor. Wah,wah,wah!

    I also have been hitting the heating pad but don't have one of those marital aids lazy boy recliner you speak of!

    That's kinda funny...I have been doing PT for a lower back issue...my PTA always says go do a set on "the happy back machine...or I think we'll do some "happy leg lifts"...etc, etc... :picard: :rofl: :lol: :thumbs:
