Someone turned 2 today. I got home and we took him to the dog park to run around and play. There were a couple of dogs there, so he had a great time. It stopped raining so that was nice. Danielle made her doggy birthday cake as usual. He got a piece of cake and it lasted like 2 seconds. He got a squeaky monkey for a new toy.
I love the cake. Doesn't take Shadow long to inhale something like that as well. Happy Birthday, Hayden

Thanks for all the puppy birthday wishes for Hayden! He loves his monkey we got him. He carries it around everywhere. He doesn't want to destroy it either. I'll get a pic of him with his monkey. Lol yes, he's got an appointment for getting neutered on April 19th. He's pretty good really, but he should get more mellow after that. He's got his moments though, where he really chills out, and others where he's a total spazz. Gotta love labs. He's picky though. He won't eat strawberries, apple pieces, pineapple or anything like that. He just spits them out. All of our other labs or any other dogs loved those sorts of foods. Now the weird part is that he LOVES lettuce. He'll even counter surf for lettuce. Weirdo. He'll eat any sort of table scraps when we give him that though.
Happy birthday Hayden! Our two luv the lettuce too… be it iceberg, romaine, or green leaf… especially the hearts and ribs.
