I’ve had plenty of their brand. Seems to be common around here. Never tried that one though. Next trip to store we’ll see if they have it.

Bought it at either Big Y or Walmart. I was browsing the cheese aisle looking for smoked cheese and found that.

Have you tried smoking any cheese with the smoker?

I’ve had most every Cabot flavor except that one. Now I’ll have to get it, probably tomorrow :)
Right now we’ve got the horseradish and seriously sharp varieties at the house.

Funny coincidence as those two were on our cheese platter for Thanksgiving.

Wife and I eat lots of cheese, never saw the white oak one. We get Cabot pretty frequently too. Now we’re on the hunt.

At least it won’t dry out quickly if you mistakenly leave it unwrapped in the fridge.

White oak smells like a whiskey barrel when you split it. You never noticed?

You can tell you have the right Cabot cheese due to the medullary rays on the end grain.

I’m going to have to look for that!

Cabot’s Habanero cheese has a nice kick to it! Makes an excellent grilled cheese with some nice bread in the panini press.

Cabot has a plant 12 miles from my house. The plant used to be owned by Kraft. They used to make Swiss and my father retired from there. I'm not sure if they still make Swiss there or some other variety.
