2 bucket trucks (hi rangers), a stumper and a nice diesel powered Vermeer chipper. Taking down 2 large maples (I presume insurance is footing the bill as they had pretty bad storm damage from them a few months ago. Lots of good firewood getting chipped. I don't burn wood, I'm a biomass person. Too bad no one around here does, lots of lineal feet of hard maple going through the chipper presently. The one maple is in the power lines so it's one of those done professionally jobs. Not a go rent a man lift and do. The power lines it's in are 1440's. Not sure about the trunks but I've been listening to the chipper cycle the limbs in and out so I have to presume they are chipping about everything chippable.

You could always ask for the wood chips.
