Just bought a 12 pack of corona for around $18 bucks. Haven't drank that stuff in decades, but was in a beachy mood, and I had bikinis on my mind, so I decided to splurge. Good stuff with a lime. :beerbbq:

No matter what brand you drink, you only pay a rental fee for a little while. Then it's gone!

I call my silver bullet boat beer , " exercise for my liver". It's also mostly water, so it's hydration on hot days.

    17.44 a 30 pack.

I love great beer as well, but drinking real beer on the lake is not advisable.

I drink mostly home brew... Anywhere from $40 to $70 per about 50 bottles. Depends on how hoppy they are..:D But when I buy my beer it's usually $9-14 per 4 to 6 pack.... I'm a craft brew snob......

$/alcohol volume ounce left my brain cells after broke college years.
Otherwise Steel Reserve 40's would be in my fridge, with banging headaches every morning - I can't even buy a 40 in the state of AL.

don2222 haven't had a bottle of RR in ~20yrs but some froze in my trunk during a Maine winter, they were a tasty slushy at the time, and one way to make them stronger

My FIL calls Corona "weekend beer, 'cause you drink the cheap stuff all week, and then splurge a little on the weekends".

I do enjoy Corona in the summer as long as it's got a lime, but I don't have the heart to tell him that Corona is one of my "cheap beers".
