    I bet that smelled nice!

How did you season both the flank and salmon?

We've got or own recipes for each, but, would love to hear what others do. I do mine on the grill, but why not do it over the coals when it's cold outside?

The Flank usually gets teriyaki and the Salmon salt & pepper, or old bay seasoning, or anything you like. Some smoke spills out and your right, it smells amazing!

We use a soy, ginger, garlic, green onion, honey, a little olive oil, and sesame seeds on the flat iron steak, flank, or skirt steak. 2 days marinating and it's amazing.
