FINALLY stacked the Black Locust!

    With the help of my beautiful wife I FINALLY
    got the rest of my Black Locust stacked!
    I think it's about 3/4 of a cord.
    If the rows were stacked straight up on both ends,
    they would be 9' long. They are 4' high, and an
    average of 16" splits. So 9 x 4 = 36 x 1.25 = 45 cu.ft.
    x 2 = 90 cu.ft. divided by 126 = .71 cord! IMG_0999.JPG IMG_1001.JPG IMG_1009.JPG

    That is really great that you get to work with your wife. My wife and I worked together many, many years but sadly as we've aged a bit she can't do too much to help now. Besides, I simply will not allow her to stack the wood. She is terrible at that.
