    Some nice stuff there!

How do you usually sell it? By the cord, half, bundles etc?

Usually by the face cord. I have a regular buyer that usually buy's 2-4 face cords a year.

Nice looking firewood GrJfer ! This has been such a good year for firewood scores here that I had been toying with selling a couple extra cords above the 4 year plan. Got a call out of the blue from a gentleman who got referred to me by my tree service connection. Turns out the tree service owner's son had quit the firewood business so they gave him my name on the odd chance I had any extra. He had just purchased a quoted 2 cords from someone and only received less than a cord and a half of unseasoned wood dumped in his driveway and was scratching for an honest source of wood. I don't deliver so I gave him $50 off the going delivered price and told him to come out and pick up his tightly stacked 2 cords of 2 year seasoned, top covered wood. Boy was he a Happy Camper! I'm sure you get a kick out of providing a quality product in honest quantities just like I do. I'm wishing you a quick and happy sale for all involved:handshake:!

metalcuttr I am a firm believer in giving a little extra. I never want someone to feel shorted so I would rather give them a little extra. I had a buyer a couple of years ago that need wood. I delivered them 2 face cords and the commented several times about the volume and dryness of the wood compared to the last load the had bought.

I'm not in the firewood selling business. I just sell a little each year to offset maintenance and fuel costs.

VERY tidy. Nice straight stack too.

Ill bet ive got a couple cubic yards of splitter crumbs and bark carpeting my PA and stack area. Its next to the woods and bark frequently gets frisbeed into the trees. The birds have learned to duck fast.
    (no pun intended there)

Empty means money in the pocket. Also means I needs to get busy.
