I guess if a "cord" is also a "rope" then maybe a single stem could be viewed as a cord of rope and just shortened to say a cord. Obviously the guy has no clue with the price tag. And I probably sound dumber for trying to rationalize his actions.
Hahaha...I got kicked out of my local page, but not the entirety of Facebook! I guess I didn't read the rules very carefully and as it turns out, you can't tell someone..."If you follow my wife down my driveway, you will be leaving in a box". Apparently, this is a big nono!
I'm Glad I never did facebook. Beings I was in the military and Senior Enlisted, it really wasn't a good idea... To much BULL$#!T can happen and be said that could ruin a career.
I only have a FB account for the marketplace as some decent deals to be had (as you can see by my post ) or to sell and seemed to become more popular than CL over the years. It's gotten pretty bad on FB Marketplace the algorithms suck so bad and so many losers and people trying to scam you.
I was the admin of one of our local FB pages. It was uncensored because the original one was run by Nazis Any deviation from group think would get you banned. I think the only reason I was banned was because FB hated an uncensored page. Let’s just say I was brought up on and thrown in FB jail many times on false ridiculous charges. Sometimes several times a day. I never posted anything really egregious or untrue. I do miss FB marketplace. Craigslist in Ct is dead, nothing on it. Most of the professional scammers on FBM are now sponsored by FB. Just never click on a sponsored ad and you’ll be alright. Why FB decided to sponsor scammers is another question.
Funny how folks have no clue what a cord of wood is. Cant tell you how many times I deliver a half cords to a new customer and they ask why so much or "the other guy was ripping me off"!
