The things people sell. Then again, there must be people that buy them. It ead about 8in in height, and about 5in diameter. At least there was a hole drilled in them.
I’ve thought about selling them to the tourists heading for the coastal beaches. They are easy to carry and make a decent fire. No doubt in the right place they’d probably sell for that price. So far I’ve been giving them away with the firewood. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We should have members make them and sell online and proceeds go toward FHC? Burn the logo on each one!
Greg what species do you tend to use for them? What diameter and length? How long will it burn? Ive never made one, but would like to try. My step daughter got married last September and i made 12" diameter red oak cookies for the centerpieces. The ceremony and reception was at their log cabin house.
I have tried several things, but use only really dry pine when I come upon one. I make them about 12-14 inches high, but try to make them bigger in diameter than ones sold at store, and sell them with a cedar fire starter made with food grade paraffin wax so you can cook off of them if you want. I used to drill the big hole in the middle but it takes extra time and they burned fine with out it. So I just make two vertical cuts with saw, and with larger ones three. I stack them on pallets and keep in the barn so they get super dry. One of those little fire starters which I buy in bulk fires them right up, and they burn 2-3 hours
My neighbor in front cut down a spruce a few months ago and has the rounds stacked next to his house. He knows i burn and would give them to me. (I dont burn or process any softwoods and surprisingly have no access to any) These would work great i imagine as long as i season them. I noticed a horizontal hole as well...for intake venting?
I was in a house with an unusual plant stand. (debarked small stump with branches drilled in and cookies on the branches). Turns out it was a cake holder for her daughters wedding, she had a variety of several cakes at the reception. They bought it just for the wedding, along with many many other cookies for centerpieces and other decorations.
