    I'm great with hardwoods and I can group the evergreens but that's it. This tree is really old and barely grown over past 15 years. I love this tree as it's the only one of this kind around.     Jack Pine looks right. The biggest clue when identifying a pine tree is the number of needles in each clump.

    Why's it so small and scraggly. Lots of big white pine around it and black walnuts.
