Cleaned the stove and pipe last night, turned the stove on and no worky! I checked to make sure the door latch and ash pan latch were closed properly and they were tight. Any thoughts on what I should look for next?? Thanks for any help.

Disconnect tube from vacuum switch and blower air thru tube to clear any potential blockage

Well that would mean he's going to start with a 12 pack before he even thinks about doing anything with the stove....

Any luck yet.......? A number 2 flashing light could also be a combustion fan failure. Not sure exactly what happens to the stove when you say “no worky” Any power at all? What about a loose combustion fan wire, or for that matter, any loose wire.....or a blown fuse. I also have the same insert and I know that more than once (after I had pulled the stove out and have been tooling around back their)....I have accidentally pulled wires out of their connectors.......Just a thought!!!!
    Good Luck, Bill

Thanks, bostonfan49 ...I pulled the stove tonight and found that the exhaust blower was full of ash (didn't remove it when I cleaned last year). Dumped the ash out and cleared the light #2 error. Now the thing runs, but it won't ignite.
Pretty sure I fouled the igniter when I stuck a paper clip into the hole after I removed the black hose! Now I see a new igniter us about $300.

I'd check to see if the ignitor itself has a manufacturer / part # on it, and google that info - you may be able to find a compatible aftermarket for less $$$ .. Wow, that's an expensive OEM ignitor. :jaw:

I agree w/ CF....Grainger sells a lot of ignitors. They're listed there under "cartridge heaters"

Flashing number 2 light is usually a blocked combustion air flow you need good air flow or the controller will not turn on the igniter. A loss of airflow can also be a failed combustion fan.

Correct, the exhaust fan was full of ash and I didn't pull it when I cleaned the stove. That fixed the flashing #2. Now I have a flashing #3.

Flashing #3 is a no light within x odd minutes if memory serves, could be no pellets dropped into the burn pot because no pellets in hopper or the auger isn't turning due to a bad control board, auger motor is bad, or high limit is open. You can also get this error if the proof of fire switch is bad or dirty. Oh an open igniter or no power to the igniter can also creep in here.
