    Kimberly's post forced me to go take a look at Englander Stoves website.....................www.heatredefined.com...............in case I wanted to upgrade from "Little Big Stove"!!!

    I am totally unimpressed and disappointed in their site. Totally out of date, difficult to navigate, and not a word about their newest stoves..................the "Madison", and the other new one some are calling the "Monroe". Not a word about them at all!!:hair::headbang:

    Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!!!!:whistle::loco: :crazy:

    I love my 13NC.................However; I'm looking to leave "The Peoples Republic of Illinois" the first chance I can get, and would love some info on their new stoves prior to purchasing my next home!!! The 13 and 30 have some stiff hearth requirements for R values. The Madison I've heard is ember protection only.........................don't know about the Monroe.

    Anyone here have any INFO???

    I wonder if mike holton is still around. I hear he knows a thing or two about these things. Might be able to forward the feedback on the website too. ;)

    Northern Tools listed the Madison as a Timber Ridge model but the box I saw at Lowe's was Summers Heat. Confusion all around.

    Same same- Timber ridge/ Summers Heat/ Englander . there is a note on the web sight somewhere about the names. the timber ridge and the Summers heat are for the resale people, just a name thing item in box is the same. I think my NC30 came in a Timber Ridge box

    Yup, all the same products, different badges for different retailers. Makes them feel like they're not competing with each other.

    Btw, their site has sucked for at least 4 years. Their products rock though.

    The Madison is a bit smaller than the NC-30, 18 inch logs versus 20 inch logs. I sort of like the looks of The Madison over the NC-30; I like the flat top better. I guess I should measure the space I have and the layout and then post for suggestions on what size stove I need.

    I bought my 13NC through an outfit called "overstock.com". The box covering my 13 said "Timber Ridge".

    Hopefully they're making and selling so many stoves that they cannot update their website!!!:hair::headbang::picard:

    Lucky dog with a nice pellet grill.

    The nc30 delivers. It's a basic stove, a tank.

    Actually, the ESW site has been updated recently.
    Couldn't tell you exactly when. Yeah, I think they need to hire a different web site builder.
    The lack of info on the newer stoves is weird.
