    Hello
This is a friendly reminder to grease those bearings and tighten the 2 auger set screws that hold the auger in the bearings!
In this stove both augers were turning in their own bearings!!!
In this case error 2 and error 0 was coming up after about an hour of operation with heat and fan level set to 1. The pellets were piling up into the bearing pot and suffocating the fire !! The augers were both dirty and turning in their own bearings! Maybe they became loose because both bearings were void of any grease! They do come from the factory with NO grease but that does not mean they do not need any! Also the 3 lower buttons were quite a bit off for this 25-PDVC being set to 4-2-2 when on of the recommended settings is 4-6-1 for best setup.
So just tightening the 2 set screws to keep the augers tight with the inner part of the bearing, cleaning the augers with a wire wheel and spraying them with dry Moly lube, and adding some red high temp grease to the bearings in that grease channel resolved the Error 0 problem!
Error 2 - Failure to start can show with other errors.
    Anyone see that problem?
Error 3 was also coming up but the convection blower was so clogged with dust, that was likely the cause of error 3 - overheat condition.

See pics on greasing those bearings here
Survey: Englander - Grease those bearings! See Pics - How often do you apply the red stuff?

Pic 1 - Shows Top auger and Bearing
Pic 2 - shows 2 loose set screws
Pic 3 - shows new block bearing
Pic 4 - shows channel that needs the high temp red grease!
Pic 5 - shows outside part of bearing with zerk fitting for adding grease. However if the grease does not go in thru this fitting, then use your fingers to pack the grease onto the greas channel!!

Clean, grease and oil = good running stove with longer lasting parts!!!
Also Moisture is the pellet stove and pellets worst enemy! So keep it dry and it will keep you warm!!!
