    Some of you may remember the electric General Electric lawn tractors from the 1970's. I was in a pawn shop yesterday and saw this, I think it was branded as an Agco. It has a bank of batteries under the hood and a charging cord on the right. They were asking $550.

    I never knew electric tractors existed. They must have been way ahead of their time!
    As for me?...I'll keep my diesel Kubota :D

    Can't seem to edit my original post, it should read Avco (New Idea) rather than Agco.

    I know the GE Elec-Trac machines had an optional 36 volt chain saw that you could hook up to the tractor.
