I am up at 4-5am 7 days a week. I don't have to be up that early ever, but it's how my internal clock rolls

If I get to sleep I'll usually wake up before my alarm set. Don't do more than one cup of coffee in the AM any more tho'.
But I can sit at the kitchen table, watch the bird feeder, check today's weather guesses and ruminate what I could, might, would like, plan to do today.

    Wake up, or stay up?

I often wake up between 4:30 am - 5:30 am, to go to the bathroom.

On weekends, I'll sleep in as late as I'm able. It could be 8am, or 10am before I decide that I might as well stay up.

I've always been a night owl though.

I don't have a job, but I'm up at 5 every morning. The cat wants everyone up, and I make my husband's breakfast. Also I like to laze around, drink coffee, and read the paper and FHC.

Aside from the cat, and breakfast, that's Chazsbetterhalf

She's up early, usually by 5:30am, drinking coffee and on the computer.

That's my time to spread out on the bed and really get comfy.:)

    Edit BTW, shes' retired.

I'm up before 3:30 during the week and leave for work at 4:30. During the weekend I usually wake up about the same time (I get to watch House Smarts, Ron Hazelton. P. Alan Smith etc). A lot of times I will take a nap later in the day. Today I slept in until 5 am because I just couldn't get to sleep last night.

I'm up at 4 to make it to work on time...off days I sleep in till about 530, maybe 6 at the latest.

I love coming down early, making coffee and just relaxing on the porch (or couch in colder months). I find it a great start to my day, by the time the wife comes down around 730 I'm ready to go!

I milked cows for many years and those early hours stayed with me for many years too. However, I've gotten over it now. I get up whenever I feel like getting up. Sometimes that might be 3:00 am but most usual is much, much later. My wife likes to sleep in...and I like to be with her. So, many times I just don't get up early any more. Lately I've been having bad headaches in the mornings so very difficult getting up and moving around.

6-7 am, then a cup of coffee, play with the dog, head over to work on a rehab or play with the dog some more, maybe cut the grass, go for a walk, etc.

We are usually up by 5:00 AM. Biology gets me up at that time. We let the dogs out and then go for our walk which takes an hour. When we get back, I make breakfast and then get ready for work. That is Monday to Friday. On the weekends, we will sleep in until 6:00 and then get up and go for a walk. When I am on summer holidays, we usually get up around 6:00 to 6:30. That walk in the morning gets me moving, sinus flowing and my morning headache gone. I have neck and shoulder issues that create a headache if I am in bed too long.
