I decided to add a winch to my dump trailer for winching up logs and other equipment into the trailer. Thought I would post some pics in case anyone was thinking about doing the same thing. Winch is a Harbor Freight 12,000lb winch. Mount was custom built from a local welding shop. The power wiring I purchased from a guy on Ebay who makes it to your order. It has a shutoff switch mounted under the hood in case I want to shut down power to the winch. Very high quality wire kit.
