    Looks like red oak to me , what say ya ?
    $125 delivered .
    I contacted this guy about 3 months ago , he had a good load of big maple a couple months ago I wanted but he couldn't get a hold of me soon enough , he had to dump it at his house then had no way to get em back in his trailer , this stuff not quite as big
    Anyway , I think maybe 2 cord or just under .

    PICS :ithappened::D

    Nice load! :yes: I'm not very good at oak ID's, but I think that might be chestnut oak, which is considered a white.

    Great buy! Here in New York that would be a Super deal.
    If that's a 16' trailer you are right on the cordage, just under 2 cord.

    He said this wood came from somewhere in Southfield.
    The guys he gets it from, free, have all the heavy equipment he just hauls it off and sells it

    Nice that! Seems he doesn't want to make a killing from selling each load either.

    Its nice to see that you can buy wood without getting screwed over, that looks a lot of good wood for the price. Great deal.
