Cant believe the day has come to sell my lil sweet Dolmar 350 :( It has served me well for the the past year and a half......but its time to move on and try something else for a while ! This is the smoothest running most fuel efficient...and lowest vibe saw I have ever had . The original 14 inch bar is like new....the 3/8 lp chain on it is about 50% . I also have the original safety chain that was used once....and a brand new loop of Oregon chain . I always take care of my saws....and it shows . Believe it or not,,,this saw has cut about 4 to 6 cords of firewood . Ill check the compression in a little bit....but dont suspect any probs :) The carb is set up to be fully adjustable....and I removed the cat and did a muffler mod . Runs much better and cooler...and sounds great ! Hardley a scratch on this sweety ! Cuts super..and is very fuel efficient . $150 plus shipping takes it !! This is a pro-grade magnesium crank case HD 35cc saw...not a wimpy homeowner grade saw !!!! P.S....I contemplated selling this when there was still snow on the ground......so the pics are from a bit ago..but the saw was only used one time since...so the pics are still accurate !!

Went out and checked compression...with my brand spankin new ...long over due....compression gauge that came in the mail today . This is another reason why I love Dolmar ! Thats right at 210 psi..out of a stock...."small" saw !!

I did a double-take when I saw this thread. You sure you want to do this Fuzz? ;)

$150....... Hell, a MS180 will bring more than that in similar shape and I bet this thing kicks an MS180's tail....

I think its a really good deal !! Its right at half of what I paid for it a year and a half ago . Still new pretty much !!! The Stihl 180's still hold there value better than these Dolmars..which is all due to brand loyalty I think.... because... this Dolmar runs rediculous circles around my Stihl 180 !! Im still not sure about selling it........but we will see what happens buddy :) Dont worry...I wont be without a "little"saw too long I hope !!! If it doesnt sell for what I want...Ill gladly keep it :)

Any ideas what the next one is going to be? MS241C-M? 543XP? 421? 41cc EarthQuake?

I just checked out a 543xp today ....but it is seriously $500 ..but is light as a feather and balanced !! And the 421 is super nice..and cheaper !! I also like my GF's 550xp . It weighs the same as the lil Dolmars...but is rediculously more powerful ....and can be found in the $550 range . It makes the 543xp not make much sense to me. But...... still thinkin abt it . Any ideas for me ??

Somebody needs to drag a MS241 to the G2G. (I wish I could :() You are going right? If you like the lighter weight saws and the AutoTune/Mtronic setups, then the 241 is def worth a look. I hope Husky did not drop the ball by not including it on the 543XP. There's even a couple lightweight bar options for the 241 just to shave a few more ounces off an already good power/weight ratio.

And besides, just 1 Stihl in your line up (not even in your Sig! ;)) means you gotta bring it a friend....

Maybe someone is wanting to sell one by then :) Im gonna hit YouTube and see if there are any vids . Thanks for the suggestion !! And I too am surprised by the lack of A/T on the 543xp . May have been a mistake :(

    Hmmmm - tempting, very tempting.

Where in northeast Ohio are you located? If close enough i might be able to avoid shipping.

Heck, that's probably less expensive than fuel for me to make the drive! Not making this any easier.

Let me sleep on this tonight as i don't need another saw but i have been wanting a nice, clean small saw for limbing and smaller stuff. Don't wait on me if someone else steps up.

    Don't sleep on it...

I've been wanting to buy a 170/180. I bought my dad one last year and it's a beast for its size.

    2 questions.

Does the bar still look that good?

And does it have a Muff mod yet?

The saw looks the same as in the pics ... Bar included ! Muffler mod is done ! Took out the huge restrictive cat..... Cut out the louvers... And made the exit bigger. Huge improvement !
