trying to decide which will be my next rebuild project . I have a Dolmar 143 that needs a P&C . My local saw shop has a Jred 2094 that needs a clutch / clutch cover oil pump . I know both are hard to find parts for . From what part prices I have seen there should not be much difference in the rebuild cost . Any opinions on which would be the better saw to rebuild ?

Never owned either, but a bump back to the top for those who have.

I'd go 2094. Those parts will be easier to find than the 143 cylinder. If you have a cylinder you could have it replated.
