Does Stihl still make a carbureted version of their MS362?

On their web site they list the DSRP of the MS362C-M ($869.99-$899.99) but says call for price on the regular MS362.

Obviously he has come to his senses after growing tired of the hobby saws.

I don't want an Auto Tune or M-Tronic saw. My son's 2015 model Jonsered CS2258 (Auto Tune) runs great about 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time it runs like absolute crap, just out of the blue.

Looking for a new 60cc carbed saw. We have a 036 Pro, it's a project though.

Guess he could use it for a bottle opener. They'd be good for that.

So you don't want AutoTune/MTron, looking for a non-carb saw. Wouldn't that be an Auto-Tune/MTron or direct injection?

This is what it feels like when I cut with a non-ported Stihl:

Other than doing the transfer slot mod to my 365 X-Torq, all my saws are stock. I'm just a firewood cutter! :)

    Ah.
Hopefully someone in the know answers your original question. I thought a bump to the top or 2 would help. :D

You missed a good deal by a couple days. Maulhead wanted $375 for a nice 362 on ope. Just looked and it’s sold

I guess I was wrong again, in addition to the transfer slot mod on my 365 X-Torq, I swapped the cat muffler out for a non-cat muffler before I ever ran it on my NE 346XP, not much of a mod. It's my favorite saw. Bad back, lighter is better for me.

Yes...the 362 is available in M-tronic, or adjustable versions.

I kind of already have one. The 365X-Torq and the 372X-Torq are the same saws minus the transfer slots. I did the TS mod on mine.
