I don't have a pellet stove but I do have a pellet grill. So does that count?

It appears Defiant is secretly compiling a list of all pellet stashes to pillage and plunder.

Ah ha... Well, pellet grills do not take much in the way of pellets. I have about 6 x 20 pound bags of a variety of hardwoods for my Traeger for the fall smoking season.

That might fit better in the 'smokehouse' room, fellas.....technically, you ain't "heatin" with it, yer "eatin" with it.....

But, being it's a pellet eater, you can put it in either place I guess....

If it burns pellets it's good enough for me.

It just dawned on me that I'll want to move my cooking pellets somewhere else in the garage fairly soon. I'd hate to see a $18 bag of cooking pellets end up in the pellet stove or furnace by a well meaning wife. (Edit, or me if I should happen to have one too many)

Which one? I have a low number original Oregon-made 'lil Texas that I have never seen anywhere else. It has an expanded hopper to hold a full 20# bag of pellets. It has a metal wiring channel to the probe that is at the top of the smoke chamber, and not at the side like the new Chicom ones. It also has metal door stops at the top. I had a similar early model Texas that my brother has now. It is built about the same, but has the round pellet hopper. That was too big for my needs, and he uses it all the time to make jerky and smoked fish.

OK, I am starting a Traeger thread now...
