    Hello

The button lock rods are quicker and easier! The liner looks like brand new when finished!

Do you have a drill adapter?

Nope, it fits in my drill drive and gets tight enough to not fall off.

I use the same method, only with a 4" lint eater brush. Works like a charm.

I thought liner/pipe sweeping was mandatory? That said, I do not have that brand, mine is threaded connections.....

I'm interested, but fell asleep during the epic movie. They might want to edit it a bit. Will check back in a day or two to see if it's over yet.

Like others, I use a 4" lint eater and a Makita cordless drill. No drill adapters, rods screw together.

Our vents are so short I just use the standard brush and give it a few strokes after a leafer suck, then suck again.

I can imagine that a tall pipe might get benefit from a "Roto Rooter type gizmo"

Very cool piece of equipment Don and nice job on the stove . My CB 1200 is only 1 year old so just basic cleaning for now but I did have to repaint the firebox because of some minor rust . :dremel:

Good work on repainting the fire box! That will keep your stove in great shape! I use VHT Flame Proof 2,000 Deg F flat black paint used on car headers in the fire box. It works great. Keep up the good work.
Did you see my CB1200 Rear End Restore and exhaust blower housing painted?

    Hello
I wanted to make a few comments from my months of power brushing the venting and flue liners.
I run the brush up by hand and get the loose ash like I did with the manual brush. Then I power brush on the way down and find I get the real black hardened ash and get the pipes a lot cleaner.
I also found that the venting gets really dirty up at the top where the warm flue gasses meet the cold outside air the gasses condense and the ash precipitates out. So by power brushing the top of the venting gets much cleaner.
