Fellow member wanted me to adapt picco rim drive to sm7 so here it is. I used 3/8" carbide end mill to increase the bore and .093" and .078" dia end .ills to make the splines. I'm happy with them. [IMG][IMG]

I just wish there was a way to make them in a picco 6T for the small cc saws. Guess could see if Danzco would make a run of 6 pins.

6 pin is itty bitty. I'm not sure it would fit on a SM7 hub?

Thats what I am guessing the trouble is too. I found a spur drum for one but not the other saw I am looking for.
