Creating a rack in 30 minutes?

    Watched this one on Youtube and I found it hilarious. They made a DIY truck back rack in just 30 minutes (but didn't even show the full details of the build.) It seems to slide forward every time they hit the breaks and looks unsafe to use. What do you guys think of this one?
