Could have been a close call

    I was going to work last night about 6:30 PM, right behind a thunderstorm.
    I was a couple miles from work, when the road was blocked... 20240729_182524.jpg
    It was actually 2 red oak trees, you can see how much of the canopy is missing. That's about an 8-10" dia sweet gum that's broken off 20240729_182527.jpg

    I think I was the first to come up on it, decent traffic on this road.
    Could have been really ugly if I had been a little earlier...
