Anybody ever made anything with black locust flowers. I saw a magazine article that had a salmon recipe and I see a few other recipes on the web. Might be something interesting to try this spring.

Never ate them but boy do they ever smell good when they bloom! One of the best smelling flowers on the planet IMO.

I need to go locate some low hanging black locust branches. Get prepared for the harvest. Salmon with black locust cream sauce sounds good.

I would overnight you some when they bloom but I think the Agriculture police will get very upset, (besides the cost of shipping).
