Went down to a buddys place this morning to drop some trees for him and I decided to save this pine for last. It was about 12" to the wall and 3" to the roof. He admits he should've cut it before building but didn't want to take out too much of the canopy. Luckily the wind was in my favor and I didn't need to rope it. Still high on the pucker factor anytime one's that close to a building.

Yeah that's a pucker one for sure. Just took down some smaller red maples for my friend. One of the group had a lean towards his house and wires. I declined. Couple others in his woods need roping to get them over.

Good job getting it down safely SP!
