I've had these since the summer, finally got around to cutting doors in them and setting them out. I'm using 4 90* corner brackets on each "door". Using bolts right now to join them back together but may change that to a Clevis pin at some point. Won't be too often that I have to pull the door off so the bolts will probably work fine. Could've just left them alone and tipped them when it was near empty but liked the idea of an opening better.
Looks great rdust. We still need to come over to see your property. Wish we didn't live so far apart...
Just about filled the second bin while the kids played in the"snow". Gonna have to start looking for a couple more.
Slick setup. Do you have a tractor or something with forks? Let it sit in the sun and wind. Then pull it up close when it is time to go in the stove. Looks like a pretty simple task to put a roof on as well. Very neat. Thank for sharing!
They won't be mobile for me. I was looking for a way to store chunks/uglies without them being in a heap on the ground. I'll probably use the wood for camp/fire pit wood over the summer and stove shoulder season wood if it seasons enough for next burn season.
