Agreed it’s in the buckeye/horse chestnut family. Not a true chestnut but the fruit does resemble one. Pretty tree regardless, and I don’t think I’ve seen an actual buckeye before. There are plenty of horse chestnuts planted around which are from the European branch of the same family.
After looking at the flower on a PC rather than a phone, I'll say Horse Chestnut, whose flowers are whitish with a pink base. Buckeyes have usually all one color flower. I should have looked at where you were from too, as you are outside the buckeye range by quite a bit. Buckeyes(both the trees and the residents) are common in my area. Both trees have really showy flowers in the spring, but both trees have poisonous nuts. Even the leaves are toxic...
