    That's for the big stuff Ray, Been there way back to the other site….. My Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners are cooked on it, some where on here?…:whistle::grizz: Can't remember where there at though, maybe had a few:drunk::cheers:

    Your version of beer can chicken is something I will have to try. Does it matter what flavor of beer I drink while I watch the chicken cook?

    Just ripped out the old burners, put piece of 1/4" stainless plate in the bottom "don't have to be stainless, it's what I had", drill a couple of 1/2 holes in the top lid sides and that's it. Oh, I put a new temp gauge on the lid in the front. That's it. :)
    I use a small amount of Charcole just to get it started then throw the wood of your choice on the coals and go…. get a Beer:cheers: and enjoy.
